Quinoa Porridge
1/2 cup quinoa
1 cup oat milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp clove
1 mashed banana
splash of agave/maple syrup (optional)
1 pinch of salt
Chia Jam
3 tbls chia seeds
1.5 cups frozen forest fruits
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
agave/maple for sweetening (optional)
Overnight oats:
3 tblsp oats
2 tblsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 apple chunks
1/2 cup + 2 tblsp soy milk
salt + pepper to taste
Energy balls:
1 cup oat flour
2 tblsp cocoa powder
3 tblps peanut butter
3 tblsp agave/maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut shred
1 mashed banana
2-3 tblsp plant milk
1 pinch of salt
1 glass soy milk
1 handful of spinach
1 tblsp ground flaxseeds
1 cup frozen magno/pineapple
1 banana
1/2 tsp matcha
1 tblsp peanut butter
