Make your workouts fun, listen to music, do exercises and workout that you like to do
Schedule what you’re doing and when you’re doing it! I love using the grocery shopping analogy
Prioritize warming up and cooling down — it’s the best for injury Prevention
Your workout should always match your goals
Stay accountable to someone or even yourself but it’s important when it comes to keeping you on track.
