Day 10 – You will alternate between 2 exercises doing 30 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. Each rep is 1 positive followed by 2 1/1 reps.
You can use any Resistance Bands, however for every one of these workouts we will be using Bodylastics Bands. If you have a set you will know why they are ????Top Rated!
