CHEST WORKOUT PLAN | (Don’t Miss This One!!!)

Positives with bands create a MAJOR advantage over free weights. We do them in this CRAZY 6-min routine.

Day 10 – You will alternate between 2 exercises doing 30 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. Each rep is 1 positive followed by 2 1/1 reps.

You can use any Resistance Bands, however for every one of these workouts we will be using Bodylastics Bands. If you have a set you will know why they are ????Top Rated!
