Level: Basic-Intermdeiate

Description: Dance with me in this Latin/International style aerobic fitness workout filled with 6 individually choreographed songs with unique styles, flavors, and rhythms. Warm-up with fun heart-pumping moves and a standing toning section targeting the abdominals and lower body. Next, do a fun Reggaeton song followed by a super Salsa, then on to a hip shaking Cumbia. Finally rock it out with with a Club Groove before you cool down and stretch. Time will fly by with and this workout will soon become one of your favorites. For modifications, please follow Daniel on the left of the screen.
